The Protected Landscape Network is being developed by the PNR des Caps et Marais d’Opale and the Kent Downs AONB to share Protected Landscape management best practice within the European Interreg IVA zone .

The Network will invite the AONBs, National Parks and PNRS in the Interreg eligible zone to a series of events to enable the sharing of best practice between organisations and from selected conservation experts. There will also be the opportunity for organisations interested in developing their own Interreg funded projects to learn more about the Interreg IVA France (Channel) - England funding stream and to meet partners with similar interests with whom they could apply for funding.

Protected Landscape Network Objectives

  • Technical Support for the development of new Interreg IVA France (Channel) - England Projects.
  • Sharing Protected Landscape Management best practice between network members and from European conservation experts.
  • Sharing ‘Landscape and Nature for All’ project progress.
